深川みきひろ大田区議会議員のPRを考える話
プロローグ
区政報告会が終わって、一息ついている深川みきひろ大田区議会議員。
福田はその後、区役所10Fに用事があって行った時に、呼び止められたのでした。

深川さんと福田について
深川さんと福田は、池上地区商店会連合会(池商連)の事務局としてご一緒しています。深川さんが議員になる前からの付き合いです。
事務局といっても、肩書きだけで、ボランティアでやっています。
会合とイベントとを合わせると、年50回くらい会う機会があります。池商連は、池上駅周辺にある12商店街の会長たちが、商店街を超えて池上を盛り上げていこうということで、会合を月1回持つことから始まった団体で、池上本門寺朝市、雪灯り回廊in池上本門寺、池上本門寺春まつりマーケット、池上ちょい飲みフェスティバルなどのイベントを行っています。
ということで、前置きが長くなりましたが、2009年から、一緒に地域活性化の取り組みをしているという間柄です。
与党の議員は、キャッチーなことをしづらい

与党の議員さんって、野党の議員さんとやり方が違うから、なかなか、分かりやすい広報ってできないんですよね。

[speech_bubble type=”ln-flat” subtype=”a” icon=”fumiaki.jpg” name=”福田文明” ]野党の議員さんは、行政の制度を変更したいとき、行政を批判して、有権者やメディアに伝えて、世論に訴えて、自分の主張を行政に届けるような動きをするんで、主張が目につきやすくて分かりやすいんですけど、

[speech_bubble type=”ln-flat” subtype=”a” icon=”fumiaki.jpg” name=”福田文明” ]与党の議員さんは、地域の人の意見を汲み取って、担当者と打ち合わせして、問題を認識してもらい、与党議員間に理解してもらい、実際に制度を変える、というところをやっているから、調整の途中で行政を批判してしまうと、調整つきづらくなるということもあって、経過を表に出しづらいんですよね。

それでも、なるべく出せるところを出していきましょうよ、ということで…。
